A temporary pause: a letter to our community

Dear visitor,

When we launched The Debate Club in November 2023, we were working on a product called Vivada. Our vision was to create a space for fact-based discussions around meaningful topics through Vivada, a platform designed to be a collaborative, trusted resource for truth-seeking. Our objective with The Debate Club was to validate the market for Vivada.

Over the past year and a half of running The Debate Club, we’ve learned a great deal about the challenges and opportunities in the space of information ecosystems. These insights have reshaped our understanding of the problem we aimed to solve with Vivada. However, as we iterated, an unexpected opportunity emerged: Clikkin, a networking platform for startup ecosystem professionals. Given its traction, we’ve shifted focus to prioritize its upcoming launch.

Regrettably, this means we no longer have the bandwidth to sustain The Debate Club in a way that honors your dedication. We’ve decided to pause the community temporarily, with the hope of reviving it (and Vivada) when we can dedicate the resources it deserves.

To our incredible members: Thank you for sharing your voices, insights, and time. You’ve made this experiment meaningful, and we’re deeply grateful. While this chapter pauses, we’d love to stay connected:
